HUNTING

  • Tallulah foxhunts in Virginia
    • Involves a pack of hounds chasing foxes (or coyotes in California) with people on horseback following and keeping the hounds in check
  • Ducks Unlimited has done more to conserve and help ducks in the US and Canada than any other group

SUGAR CONTENT

  • You obviously want a lower sugar content, but sugar added is the worst
  • You need to see where the sugar is coming from
  • Sugar content is coming from lactose in dairy products
    • If your body can handle dairy, eating dairy products with sugar content but no sugar added shouldn’t be an issue

MCT OIL VS. COCONUT OIL

  • They act in your body in the same way
  • MCT oil is more expensive, but coconut oil will do just as well
  • Vinnie actually think coconut oil has an advantage

ORANGE JUICE VS. ORANGES

  • When you juice an orange, it loses the fiber
    • The fiber is what slows down the glucose spike
