- Completely confusing article by folks who don’t really understand ANY of the science behind nutrition

- Literally saying you can eat donuts and as long as you stay in your range its okay
- They don’t know the difference between calories and macros
- The website said Anna should have 52% protein and 59% fat and -11g carbs
- WHAT???
- Also how does this make sense with anything they just said about donuts?
