Before I found Vinnies podcast and #NSNG I was sick, I was tired, I was in pain, and my life was overwhelming. My highest weight was 246 lbs, and I’m down to about 146 lbs; about 100 lbs of total weight lost & maintained for over 11 months now.
Everything I learned from Vinnie about Zone 2 training, eating real food & putting life into living has changed me for the better. I was pre-diabetic & had severe plantar fasciitis & heart pvc’s. I have reversed it all through this way of eating and have not looked back.
I love Vinnie’s real, no nonsense way about him. I even got into cycling now because of Vinnie, and I love riding by the ocean in the San Diego sunset. Vinnie gave me back my life and I am forever grateful.
