LOSING WEIGHT

  • Exercise is a poor way to lose weight
  • If you are so concerned about calories, you will end up starving yourself and be incredibly unhealthy
  • The REAL way to lose weight is to trade out carbs for fats and cut out sugars and grains
  • It is hard because doctors are taught to blame the victim when really the doctors’ advice is to blame
    • Ironic and sad at the same time
    • For example, Weight Watchers is a scam which puts the blame on the client
  • Ketosis is a very good option for many but is not necessary to lose weight
    • NSNG without ketosis often does just fine
