Episode 748 - NSNG for the Bikini Model

: Episode 748 –  Bikini model competitor Rachel talks to Vinnie about NSNG lifestyle and competitive running and bikini modeling.

RACHEL ERB

  • Rachel was a distance runner for approximately 15 years
    • She ate the SAD, and looked pretty good, but was never where she wanted to be
      • LOTS of carbs, very little fat, medium protein
        • She felt hungry ALL the time, especially around 30 mins after eating carbs (like a bagel)
          • The grains were most disastrous 
    • Quit running as a result of back issues
  • Only the SAD, she had awful bouts of hypoglycemia
  • She and her husband first went to paleo, and then NSNG 
    • NSNG by far worked the best
  • Took the diet to the next step, and went keto
    • She is on the ketogenic diet in full swing
    • She feels the best now, and also looks the best!

BIKINI MODEL

  • Now that she is keto, Rachel is also pursuing bikini modeling 
  • A rear pose is mandatory, with a little bit of leg spreading 
  • A lot of people juice, but Rachel is all natural and healthy!!!
    • She will no longer compete in the non-tested federations
    • 45 year old women who juice do not look or sound right, it is detrimental to the body
  • Unlike many bikini models, Rachel is not just an illusion – she really looks great!
  • Rachel has a good combo of lean and muscle, which is hard to attain in this field
  • It IS a sport and sometimes women look best at 6-8 weeks out
