RADIO CENSORSHIP
- For those of you who don’t know, Vinnie has a radio show on KABC on Sunday nights
- On his show a couple weeks ago, he got into some trouble for not censoring himself enough, so they had to censor him
- He used the word ‘snatch’
- He had a talking to after the show
- He was also told he can never talk about the Kings
- KABC and the LA Kings are associated tightly
- A guy like Vinnie can’t do radio, because they don’t allow a guy like him on radio
- AM listeners are generally older and more conservative
- He will finish his current run, and then no longer be doing radio shows at KABC
- It is a shame, because his show is very popular
