NSNG AND ARTHRITIS

  • Lots of types of arthritis
  • Two biggest ones are rheumatoid and osteoarthritis
    • rheumatoid – comes on by itself
    • osteoarthritis – often due to injury, misuse, etc.
  • NSNG can help arthritis – it will not cure it, but it will decrease inflammation which in turn can lessen pain
    • Likely can help osteoarthritis more than rheumatoid, but there WILL be a clear minimization of pain in both when eating NSNG
  • Vinnie has osteoarthritis, mostly from breaking things as a result of football and mountain biking

BURSITIS

  • Andy suffers from bursitis
    • His hips would hurt a lot when hiking
    • Bursitis is a result of inflammation
      • Therefore, cutting out sugar and grains greatly decreases inflammation so he found help with NSNG
      • Also, Andy is a weekend warrior which makes it harder on hips and such
  • Bursitis is inflammation of a bursa, a small fluid-filled sac that acts as a cushion between a bone and muscle, skin or tendon
  • Andy tries not to sit too much because that aggravates his hips in different places, as well, than hiking does
