HOW NSNG IS DIFFERENT

  • Most low-carb diets work the same
  • NSNG is about eating no sugar (NO HONEY OR ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS) and no grains, nor grain-like foods like quinoa, or really potatoes 
  • NSNG is a lifestyle, not a diet!
  • NSNG isn’t a ‘brand’ – Vinnie isn’t trying to sell you a meal plan or a routine, he is just trying to help

HOW TO TRAVEL NSNG

  • Eat when you’re traveling how you would eat at home
  • For example, at home, you would never consider McDonald’s for a meal, but when you are traveling, you would
  • Try to avoid that!
  • Craig is in the airport a lot and has had to learn how to avoid sugar and grains while traveling 
    • He has to modify airport foods and make them NSNG
      • ex: just eat the meat off of a fast-food burger, grab a salad without dressing, etc.
