DIET SODA

  • Vinnie has been yelling about diet soft drinks since the ’80s
  • Full of carcinogens, chemicals
  • Any time you eat or drink anything processed, it is bad for you
    • When it is diet, it is extra processed and thus extra bad for you
  • Even when sugar is not called fructose, glucose, sugar, etc., it can still be sugar
  • Fake sugar can cause insulin spikes too!
  • You CAN get fat from “sugar-free” foods and “diet” sodas
    • Equal and Sweet n Low are horrible for you!!
    • It ain’t about calories
      • Sugar is not about calories in particular

NSNG FACEBOOK GROUP

  • People have been losing crazy amounts of weight
  • There is a FB group — not run by Vinnie but many pod-cast listeners and NSNG eaters use it
  • Lots of stories about people saying their significant others say the cholesterol will kill them
    • Cholesterol is NOT BAD
    • SO MANY people have had such positive results on their cholesterol looking at the ACTUAL numbers for their cholesterol eating NSNG
