Well, it’s been quite a week here in the U.S. of A. Actually, it’s been quite a year! However the future unfolds now, we all have our lives to get on with, and there’s never been a better time to focus on our goals, our families, and our health. With Thanksgiving just around the corner, I hope we can all take a moment to really think about what it is we have to be grateful for, and to embrace the spirit of this great national holiday enthusiastically. For many, if not most of us, that will include a lot of eating, and a lot of temptation to eat those “comfort foods” that we normally stay away from.
BE HAPPY EAT HAPPY
While I’m never going to discourage anybody from staying true to their NSNG lifestyle, I will remind you of what I say every year at this time.
Fudged a bit, this applies to Thanksgiving too. So whether you want to put a little “life into living” for the holiday, or have a delicious NSNG meal instead, put a little life into living, and do it with enthusiasm.
And if you do want to stay NSNG for the holiday, you’ll get some great help from Anna Vocino’s terrific new book, “Eat Happy“, which is now available in both Kindle and Hardcover editions on Amazon. Happy Thanksgiving, everybody!
