PROPAGANDA

  • Propaganda really rules our lives
  • Ex: Michael Jackson called himself the King of Pop until it caught on
    • We see it in politics every day, too
  • It is all the spreading of the word
  • Hence, how Vinnie has called Anna the Best Voice in Podcasting, and now she is!

INFLAMMATION AND DEPRESSION

  • As we know, sugars and grains can cause inflammation
  • There has been a connection between inflammation and depression
  • Important, especially if mental health issues run in your family
  • Susan Masino talks about this

A LA CARTE GYMS

  • Gyms now are very expensive
  • Gyms are probably going to charge based off of what you wanna use at the gym
  • Ex: if you just want to go for the running, you will only pay to use the treadmills
  • A La Carte is the future!
    • Just like how people use cable less now, too, and rather buy Hulu and Netflix, and the like
  • Classes at gyms are also incredibly important for the success of gyms
  • Places like SoulCycle are examples of A La Carte gyms
  • Every big box gym has specified pools, classes, turfs, etc., to try and cater to this new desire

HIGH FAT DIETS & CHOLESTEROL

  • Studies from the ’60s even show that high-fat diets don’t cause cholesterol to go up
  • More and more studies these days are supporting that evidence
  • The SAD diet was concocted by the sugar industry, and the government was paid to support it
  • People in the NSNG Facebook group have actually showed that their cholesterol went down/got way better since starting the No Sugar No Grains lifestyle
