  • Andy made the best pot roast
    • He just threw it together
      • That’s his thing
  • Andy is a great cook
  • Andy is doing strict NSNG at the moment
    • Did not put potatoes in his pot roast
    • He put in:
      • zucchini
      • butternut squash
      • onions
      • sweet potatoes
      • spinach (whole bag of baby spinach)
      • tomatoes
      • chicken stock
      • garlic, salt, pepper, herbs
  • Also, check out Anna’s cookbook Eat Happy!

MULTICAP

  • Of course has no fillers or any crap like that
  • They wanted to make sure they had the best possible ingredients
  • One of the major, important ingredients is B9
    • More commonly known as folate or folic acid
      • Were using folic acid because for the vast majority of people it works very well
        • However, certain people have MTHFR mutation — doesn’t work for them
          • So now the vitamin has the finest version of folate (Quatrefolic) instead of folic acid
  • This Quatrefolic has bad the product even better, but the price hasn’t gone up!
    • They want all the elements of the vitamin to work for everyone!
