BIG FAT SHOW RECAP

  • Both Anna and Vinnie stayed after the show to talk to supporters and fans and those who attended
  • Vinnie had the opportunity to sign books people brought!
  • People showed Vinnie and Anna their before and after NSNG pics and it was amazing to see how Vinnie and Anna are helping people
  • Was not a comedy show but Vinnie did crack some jokes and it was super informative
  • They “shut the club down”
  • Lots of people introduced themselves and it was hard to put the face/name to the internet communications!
  • October 27, The Improv in Van Nuys is the next show
    • Should be heading to Seattle, Portland, and perhaps New Jersey in the future!
      • No dates for those shows set yet

EAT HAPPY

  • Available for Pre-Order
    • August 2nd it will be available to E-reading devices
  • Anna is still re-formatting for the hard copy
    • She cares about paper quality, layout, consistent font, etc., and she wants to get it perfect for y’all!

FOAM ROLLER RESISTANCE

  • One must be weary with a form roller to avoid overuse and misuse
  • Deep-tissue foam rollers actually make your body tougher
    • You gain resistance, like a callous
  • If you are a repetitive motion athlete, you can have overuse injuries
  • You don’t want your muscles to be too tough
  • If you do use a roller, use it judiciously
  • Additionally, when rolling out things like your IT bands, be careful you don’t actually overstretch your IT bands, because that can create more problems as well
  • Basically, if you use a roller, don’t be too tough and don’t use it all the time
