  • Found Vinnie on Twitter and started asking questions
  • Down about 30 lbs since finding Vinnie
    • Is currently 6’3″, 235 at age 28
      • He was up to 265 by eating terribly
        • Has a sweet tooth and couldn’t stay away from carbs prior to NSNG
          • Constant snacking on things like granola bars, tons of grains for all three meals
            • Thought granola was “heart healthy” and such
  • He feels SO much better on NSNG, weight and overall health
  • People are asking Spencer about his weight loss journey

FIELDING QUESTIONS

  • Many folks ask Spencer about how he lost this weight
  • The knowledgeable people about diet do understand the perks of NSNG
  • Others get confused when he says he doesn’t eat potatoes or whole grains
  • He has had people argue with him about the health benefits of the above
  • Tough to handle when people won’t except the hard evidence
  • Naysayers are best to be left alone — you cannot please or convince everyone
    • Those who don’t listen can’t be convinced easily
  • People will always insist it is heavy exercise
    • Vinnie hardly ever does anything to keep his muscles showing (like ab work)
      • He does nothing special to be lean and in shape
    • If you eat properly, veggies, meats, oils, you will look like the “animal” we were meant to be
