Do I really get to talk to Vinnie or am I stuck with a personal coach trained by Vinnie?
This is no bait and switch. Your live 30 or 60 minute consultation is a one-on-one coaching session directly with the #NSNG founder, Vinnie Tortorich.
What do I get with a phone consultation?
The agenda is yours to create. The call can center on #NSNG, a healthy diet, why fats don’t make you fat, a weight training program, how to train for a half-marathon, or whatever you’d like. Vinnie is there for you, whatever you need. But there is one stipulation.He can’t give medical advice. Also, anyone taking diet and fitness advice should consult a medical doctor before implementing that program.
Are there limits to the time of day or days of the week?
Appointments are available weekdays 10am to 8pm EST and weekends 8am – 1pm EST, . However, exceptions are available for calls outside the country.

Can a friend or family member be on the call with me?
Absolutely. There is no hard or fast rule on how many people can be on the line, but remember, the more people you have the less personal attention you’ll get.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule an appointment, please do so within 24-hours of your appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will result in the loss of your appointment. No exceptions.
