- Some people find
- Nicole recommends these tests for people:
- lipoprotein test (MNR) [cardioIQ at Quest]
- tells you particle size and particle number
- pattern A vs pattern B
- pattern B = small dense
- You want pattern A = large and fluffy

- HSCRP test and LPPLA test

- to get in the wrong place, there needs to be inflammation
- Fasting insulin
- if this is elevated, then you are insulin resistant
- (doesn’t have to do with cholesterol, but is important)
