Do you offer package deals if purchasing additional personal training sessions?
Yes, if you need multiple consultations, the rate is $2,000 for TEN sessions. Simply select and pay for your first appointment above and then we’ll work to schedule the others so that you receive the discount.
Weight Training + Aerobic Training
I’ve used weight training along with aerobics together to form individual training routines for clients for well over 30 years. My programs work off of building a solid base and building up from there, but they vary depending on your wants and needs. These programs always include an individualized nutrition plan that works along with your fitness plan.
Weight loss
In today’s world, weight loss can mean 10 pounds or 300 pounds. More often than not, I find myself working along with doctors. I also have clients who have had bariatric surgery and in these cases, I work along with the physician.
Cycling Training + Bike Fitting
As anyone who has read FITNESS CONFIDENTIAL knows, I am no stranger to cycling. Having a good bike fit is paramount if you’re going to do anything more than a weekend stroll on the bike. Not only will an ill-fitted bike cause you to have less power, it could easily cause overuse injuries. I have noticed over the years, bike fits have become more and more expensive, and for that reason most people won’t have it done. I’ve kept my prices at $150 or less depending on how much work needs to be done. If you’re in the LA area, please feel free to contact me for a fitting.
Marathon Training
I simply don’t write individual training programs for marathons. There are several great programs out there and I’ll you choose the right one for you. Then I’ll take that program and tweak it to meet your individual needs. I also offer motivation and actual face-to-face coaching to keep you on the right track. An important thing to not overlook is that I will also add a strength conditioning and flexibility program to go beyond what the marathon training program offers. It’s worked well with many of my clients over the years and it’ll work for you. You’ll also get constant refinement of your NSNG diet due to the increased inflammation caused by rigorous training.
Triathlon Training
I use the same protocol for triathlon training as I do for marathons. As a triathlete, you actually get more out of personal training because the strength training and flexibility work means so much more to you. And like a marathoner, you’ll also get constant refinement of your NSNG diet due to the increased inflammation.
Ultramarathon Training
I write these programs myself. They are highly individualized due to the person’s lifestyle and time permitted to train. Just like with marathon and triathlons, you will get the added benefit of strength training, stretching and a diet that is conducive for the amount of work you are doing. This includes cycling and running training.
Are there limits to the time of day or days of the week?
Time and space is limited so please contact me through the form below for availability.
How many people can be in a single training session?
If it’s all in the family (father/son, mom/dad, mother/daughter) there’s no extra charge. However, if your neighbor or a friend wants to share your session, there’s a $50 fee. It’s a popular option since $300 for 2 people is less expensive than $250 for a solo session. But fair warning: it’s a good idea that the person you work out with has the same goals and is generally in the same shape as you in order to maximize your session.
How far will I travel?
Typically I work I generally work in Beverly Hills, the West Side of Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley (between Studio City and Calabasas). However, I’ve travelled as far as New York and Dallas to set up programs for individuals and families. Please contact me using the form below as rates depend are where you are located.
Do I have a studio or do I visit you?
I come to you and the great thing is, you don’t have to have a dedicated gym in your house. I have clients that I’ve had for 20 plus years that have nothing more than dumb bells, a convertible bench, a few kettle bells and a ball. They’re actually some of my fittest clients.
