Angriest Trainer 92: Vinnie Answers Tons of Listener Questions

Vinnie and Anna discuss bullet proof coffee, lactose intolerance, almond milk, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and a ton of other listener questions.

Michael Tortorich sums up the podcast in the My Uncle Vinnie Blog Wrap Up:

Vinnie starts this episode by talking about physical education in schools. “It belongs there,” he says. Having connections to James Carville, he tried to get involved with the President’s physical fitness program. Instead, Arnold Schwarzenegger took over the post. Vinnie and Anna then loathe the boasting they endure on Facebook. They follow that with some coffee tips. That leads to a discussion of the Vitamix. Later, they talk about lactose intolerance. They get into a discussion of NBA star Kobe Bryant‘s diet.

  1. Tami Autrey Timmons says:

Very simple answer–organic cows can eat organic grain, and that causes a lot of unhealthy 'stuff' to go on in the animal. Grass/pasture fed cows is how nature intended them to eat, so the milk will be much healthier. Not a very scientific answer, but sums it up in a nutshell.

  2. I totally agree with you about BG. too much bio hacking. although pick and choose what makes sense and see if it works for oneself. Went to BG site and listen to some of his podcast and it's just way too much. His got a lot of knowledge but the actual wisdom is lacking. keep it simple and stupid (KISS) to enjoy a better life instead of stressing out on what bio hack to use all day long. I use to weigh myself everyday and counting NOT the calories but the carbs and protein. It became to a point that it is just too stressing to do that. after a few weeks of tracking and making sure I got it dialed in then I stop tracking. just trusting the feedback the body is sending me and making sure to adjust accordingly.
