    Thanks for taking us to "The Dark Side" Vinnie…I found your podcast after the Jon Smith interview and WOW! No sugar, no grains is how I've been eating since July of last year, and I'm down about 40lbs so far….I got interested in triathlon and now I'm training for a 70.3 in April. I don't want to go down the traditional road of pasta and gels for fuel like most everyone else I know that do triathlon.
    Thank you for sharing your knowledge and keeping me entertained as I'm being educated.
